Step 1: Reserve Your Project
To reserve your invitation suite, please submit a Contact Form. You will get an initial proposal and contract. A $500 deposit is made to save your spot.
Paintings are scheduled from several months to over a year in advance. Please contact me with your mailing deadline.
Step 2: Consultation
Your quote is made according to what you would like to have for your invitations. I price based on the amount of illustration and wording, as well as which suite pieces are needed, and a few other design factors. Couples typically spend $3500.
Step 3: Sketches and Color Palette
We'll determine sketches and a color palette for your wedding invitation suite. Once your sketches and color palette are approved, you'll get an invoice for the remaining balance. Once we receive the remaining balance, final painting begins.
Step 4: Painting
My design pricing includes entirely custom designs, hand painted, and scanned to create high resolution digital files for printing. It also includes endless revisions (within reason) to make sure you love it.
Step 5: Printing
You have a full range of printing options, including die cut, envelope liners, double paper weight, and more.
Step 6: At Your Door
Scheduling ranges from several months to over a year in advance. Please contact me with your mailing deadline and I will verify availability in my current schedule.
I do try to keep room in my schedule for rush orders, please let me know if you have a tight timeline and I will let you know if it can be accommodated.
